A specialized team from Zallaf Libya Company inspected the preparatory works at the Southern Refinery site, which include opening a path and constructing a three-kilometer road to facilitate access to the site, in addition to a residential camp and drilling a water well.
The team also inspected the fuel pipeline that supplies the Ubari power station, to ensure its readiness to supply the southern refinery with crude oil from the Sharara field, in preparation for sending the smart detector equipment early next January to ensure the complete safety of the line, in cooperation with the Libya Technology Company, which specializes in inspecting pipelines, according to a statement by the National Oil Corporation on its Facebook page on Thursday.
