Zawiya Oil Refining Company has inaugurated a project to develop its industrial oil blending and packaging factory, with representatives from the German company GTG in attendance.
The launch marks a significant milestone in the advancement of the local oil industry, according to a statement posted by the National Oil Corporation (NOC) on Facebook.
The NOC added that the project includes the introduction of modern technologies to produce a diverse range of oils, including gasoline and diesel engine oils, hydraulic oils, marine oils, and oils for heavy industries, which all designed to meet local market demands in line with the highest international standards.
The statement emphasized that the project reflects the NOC commitment to supporting local production and providing high-quality, standards-compliant products, contributing to consumer protection and enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy.
