The Field Medical and Support Center (FMSC) in Tripoli has documented 21 civilians as killed and 31 injured in the last 41 days in Tripoli - exactly since the announcement of truce in the Libyan capital in last January.

The FMSC issued Thursday a list of the casualties' names , while Volcano of Rage's ( Burkan Al-Ghadab) media office indicated that the casualties were killed and injured by Khalifa Haftar forces' attacks on different areas in and around Tripoli.

The list covers the period from January 09 to February 20 and the casualties include children in addition to women and men, while some of the children are only few months old.

Haftar's forces continue to breach the fragile truce with systematic attacks - rocket shelling and some airstrikes - on civilian neighborhoods and civilian facilities, in addition to numerous attempts to advance in different frontlines, which have all failed.

The latest of Haftar's violations is Thursday's attack on Mitiga Airport in Tripoli, leading to suspension of flights for hours but causing no damages or casualties.

The UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) condemned the continuing breaches of the ceasefire and the repeated attacks on Mitiga Airport over the last two days, saying Mitiga is the only operational airport used by thousands of Libyans in the Greater Tripoli area.
