Six Bangladeshi workers have been rescued by the Special Deterrence Force.

The six workers were abducted by a Libyan gangster in collaboration with another Bangladeshi worker, who betrayed his friends for money, the SDF reported.

A ransom of LYD 10.000 for each were requested by the two abductors, but due to lack of money, the ransom was reduced to LYD 4.000 before the SDF managed to arrest them in an ambush.
