Two Serbian embassy staff members, who were kidnapped in Sabratha last November, were killed in the American airstrike that targeted a residence site in the city of Sabratha early on Friday.
The two were apparently seized in the targeted house by ISIS, and their bodies were flown back to Serbia via Mitiga Airport in Tripoli Friday night.
Sladjana Stankovic, in charge of communications, and Jovica Stepic, a driver were kidnapped in an ambush while travelling in the ambassador's convoy to Tunisia.
