Libya's ambassador to Turkey, Mustafa Al-Qlaib, participated in a meeting of Arab ambassadors accredited to Turkey to discuss Arab-Turkish bilateral relations.

The meeting, held on Thursday at the headquarters of the Arab League Mission in the capital Ankara, also reviewed the outcomes of the previous Arab Ambassadors Council meeting, upcoming events within its scope, as well as collective Arab-Turkish relations.

The participants addressed the issue of issuing residency permits for Arab citizens in Turkey and discussed necessary solutions through engagement with the Turkish Directorate of Migration Management and the Ministry of Interior, along with customs-related problems and other matters.

During the meeting, the Arab ambassadors also discussed the situation in Gaza, highlighting the genocide and massacres being committed by the Israeli occupation.

The ambassadors expressed their complete rejection of any attempts to forcibly displace Palestinians from their land or liquidate the Palestinian cause, reaffirming their support for the Palestinian people’s right to establish an independent, sovereign state with Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions.
