Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, in his capacity as Defense Minister, has emphasized the need to develop practical and real projects for the youth segment, "which represents the backbone of building a civil state."

Dbeibah made his remarks during a meeting at the Ministry of Defense HQ on Saturday with the head, and members, of the committee, concerned with assimilating and integrating youth, according to the PM media office.

The PM stressed the importance for all stakeholders to cooperate with the committee, saying "it is the true house of expertise" due to the accurate and professional data it provided for all those who were included in its system.

He praised the committee's work to facilitate the procedures for integrating the youth and assimilate them fully into real and practical projects that would benefit Libya, as he put it.
