Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh met with Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid to discuss enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields, including economy, investment, energy, and cultural exchange.

The meeting, which took place on Wednesday on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, also addressed regional and international issues of mutual interest.

According to the "Hakomitna" platform, Dbeibeh and Rashid emphasized the need for joint coordination to address regional and international challenges while working towards fostering stability and development in the region.

Both leaders stressed the importance of advancing relations between Libya and Iraq to achieve common interests and strengthen integration between the two nations.

It is worth noting that Dbeibeh held several other meetings on the sidelines of the Davos Forum, including discussions with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, and Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan.
