The UNSMIL-brokered dialogue round, slated for Monday and Tuesday, has been postponed to next Thursday in the Morocco city of Skhirat.

Reports say the dialogue was put off in response to a request from Tobruk parliament to further discuss the draft agreement and the proposed unity government.

The latest round of the Libyan dialogue was held on August 10 in the UN headquarters, Geneva.

On Saturday, the head of UNSMIL Bernardino Leon met in Cairo with a delegation from Tobruk parliament to review the formation of the National Accord Government.

Leon confirmed the 12-memebr delegation that the international military support to Libya can only be done through the unity government.
