The spokesperson of the Interrogation Bureau in the Office of the Attorney General, Abdulminem Al-Huni, said that Libyan Criminal Court is to announce sentences of 34 ex-regime accused followers next Tuesday, including Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi.
Al-Huni told Press Solidarity that the court is going to give Saif Gaddafi, who is imprisoned in Zintan since November 2011, a sentence in absentia due to inability to bring him in person to Tripoli.
In the meantime, the 34 prisoners are accused with different cases, such as taking part and egging others on killing Libyans, genocide, and other financial and administrative corruption cases.
