A member of the Benghazi Shura Council said the families who are stuck in the clashes zone in Ganfouda are living in a state of apprehension due to the constant airstrikes of Khalifa Haftar’s militias and their supporting foreign countries.

The member added that the children in Ganfouda are in very bad conditions, especially the infants, who are deprived from milk, vaccines and basic nutrition, pointing out that the area also lacks water as well since Haftar’s militias cut water supplies 10 months ago.

The media correspondent of the Benghazi Shura Council, Essam Al-Maghrabi, told Al-Nabaa TV earlier that the council tried to get the families out of Ganfouda more than once via sea and via land, but Haftar’s militias did not allow them to do so.
