The Libyan Fatwa House has issued a statement denouncing the mass killings and besieging of civilians, especially women and children in Aleppo in particular and Syria in general, depriving people of daily lives’ necessities.

The FH, in a statement Wednesday, said Al-Assad’s soldiers, Iran and Russia are responsible for the genocide in Aleppo and all around Syria, decrying at the same time what it described as the blindingly obvious silence of the international community that is collaborating with the monstrous offense toward the heinous crimes happening in Aleppo and Syria.

“All Muslims should defend their brothers in Aleppo and Syria, whether by words, money or through media.” The FH outlined, calling on all Arab and Islamic leaders to bear the responsibility of providing Syrians with money and weapons, which will help them defend themselves against the atrocious attacks and rid them of oppression, pointing that those leaders must not feel satisfied with only statements and denouncements.

The FH also called on the Syrian people to remain united and get together as well as to fear Allah and pray to Him, urging them to have steady hearts as they fight their enemies.
