The spokesman for the Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU) Mohammed Hammouda said Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah is attending Paris Conference on Libya on Friday, reiterating that Israel isn't invited to the conference.

Hammouda said the conference will discuss elections which are scheduled to be held on December 24, in addition to supporting political process and exist of mercenaries from Libya.

The confirmation of attendance by Libya came after saying days ago that it wouldn't attend Paris Conference if Israel was invited.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, arrived in France ahead of participating in the Paris Conference on Libya, according to spokeswoman, Najwa Weheba.

Menfi headed a delegation that included the two chairpersons of the 5+5 Joint Military Commission (JMC) and is expected to call at the conference for commitment of all stakeholders to support holding elections on time and fully implementing the ceasefire agreement in the country.
