The spokesman for joint operations room of Sabha military zone said Khalifa Haftar's forces had arrested five men at least in Ubari in southern Libya before airstrikes hit Al-Sharib neighborhood in the city.

The spokesman said a military convoy entered the neighborhood from Al-Ramla coming from Sabha and was linked with Masud Al-Jadi who operates under Haftar's forces.

He said airstrikes hit the same houses from which the men were detained and the warplanes were seen as they flew a bit low.

Ubari was hit by airstrikes from unidentified aircraft in different areas in the city, which is under Haftar's control. No casualties were reported after the attack.
