The Head of the Presidential Council (PC) Fayez Al-Sirraj visited Tuesday Misrata and stopped in different vital institutions such as the city's airport, tumors hospital, medical center, Iron and Steel Factory, and the free trade zone.

Al-Sirraj and his officials' delegation, including deputy head of PC, Ahmed Mitig, also met with military officials from Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous, civil societies' activists and other officials in Misrata.

The discussions revolved around Misrata's support to the Presidential Council's government.

"We have started a comprehensive reform package in the country and the economy is healing gradually." Al-Sirraj told the Misrata officials and civil societies as well as the military officials.

He also hailed Misrata-Tawergha reconciliation which helped the Tawerghans return to their town and thus boosted the national reconciliation spirit, which he said is needed to stabilize Libya.

"National integrity is more important than personal gains." Al-Sirraj remarked.
