A member of the High Council of State said Monday that Libyan Dialogue parties in Bouznika completed 80% of the talks on sovereign positions' selection criteria.

The member told Anadolu Agency, on condition of anonymity, that the delegations of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives and High Council of State will send a positive message on Bouznika understandings in Berlin II Conference.

He said the message will call on the international community to support Morocco's efforts in settling the Libyan crisis.

Meanwhile, the Moroccan Foreign Minister Nacer Bourita said at the Libyan Dialogue that he was hoping the parties would sign on the sovereign positions' agreement soon.

He said that the two parties of the dialogue were about to agree on implementing Article 51 of the Libyan Political Agreement of Skhirat as it is basic for uniting institutions.
