The House of Representatives (HoR) discussed the current situation in Tripoli, and the demands of the protesters, in addition to the file of forming a new government, according to the HoR's spokesperson Abdullah Blehiq.

The HoR decided to summon several candidates for the position of Prime Minister to a session scheduled for next Monday, with the aim of completing the review of candidacy files.

It also instructed the current government to allocate financial support to municipalities affected by the recent events in western Libya.

The HoR issued a directive to inform the United Nations Mission and the ambassadors of accredited countries in Libya about the steps it intends to take regarding the formation of a new government, including the scheduled date.

The HoR called on the Attorney General to investigate the recent incident involving the storming of the Intelligence Agency and to report on the findings related to the case.

During the session, the Deputy Rapporteur presented the number of endorsements submitted by the candidates, which were reviewed by the designated committee according to the specified criteria and regulations.
