A team from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) arrived Tuesday in Sabha airport in southern Libya coming from Vienna.

Fawasel media reported that the IAEA team visited the natural uranium storage site, which contained 6,400 barrels. It's worth mentioning that this was the site where they found the missing uranium barrels in southern Libya.

The team also visited many other sites in the south, including the headquarters of the Tenth Battalion, and the Tamanhint Air Base, after which they left Libya after completing the inspection process for the natural uranium in Libya.

The Director General of the IAEA announced the disappearance of ten barrels containing about 2.5 tons of natural uranium from a site known to them via Libyan authorities, however; one day after the disappearance, Khalifa Haftar's forces said that they had found the missing uranium drums.
