The Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Salem Al-Malik, received a delegation from the Libyan National Committee for Education, Culture and Science at the organization’s headquarters in Rabat. 

During the meeting, the two parties discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two parties in areas of common interest. 

Al-Malik stressed the importance of the developed relations between ISESCO and Libya, noting the organization’s keen interest in making the activities of Benghazi a success being the capital of culture for the Islamic world. 

He also expressed the organization’s readiness to meet Libya’s needs in the fields of education, science and culture through the implementation of joint initiatives and programmes. 

The Libyan delegation expressed its appreciation for ISESCO's efforts and the importance of this visit in enhancing future cooperation between the two sides.
