ISIS is losing and shrinking in Libya's Sirte
Forces of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos (Solid Structure) Military Operation took control Sunday of Al-Saadi military camp, southern Sirte, in another blow to the radical ISIS group, which started to crumble amid the heavy fire of Misrata-led forces.
The control of Al-Saadi military camp, which was the HQs of slain Gaddafi's son Al-Saadi in Sirte before the 2011 revolution, came just 2 days after the fall of Al-Gardabiya airbase, 20km to the south of the city center.
Reports say more than 17 ISIS militants were killed in the fighting. Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos forces also seized weapons and ammunition that left behind in the camp by ISIS militants.
Misrata Central Hospital said 15 Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos fighters were wounded and 3 others killed in Sunday clashes.
