The Libya Revolutionaries Operations Chamber (LROC) has blamed the Justice and Construction Party (JCP), which is affiliated with Muslim Brotherhood Group, for the current distress that Libyans are going through manifested in soaring prices and rocketing foreign currency exchange rates in black markets.

The LROC also shouldered the JCP the responsibility for starving people, calling on the Public Prosecutor to open an investigation into the causes of the current crisis and to take strict, urgent measures against the Central Bank of Libya and all those who are linked to the crisis.

In a statement Monday, the LROC stressed that the CBL must remain intact among the current political pressure and must also break away from the JCP’s grip, pointing that the General National Congress and Salvation Government are also responsible for the ongoing political mess and collapse of state institutions.

The LROC also said that it backs up the Libyan Fatwa House’s standpoint regarding the political agreement, confirming that it totally rejects the UN-proposed government and the State Supreme Council, urging what it called the honest revolutionaries to unite against the conspiracies that are lying in store for Libya.

The LROC concluded by confirming that their silence while following up the situation without taking action is just to maintain the greater good and to save the bloodshed giving a chance to the wise people to reach a solution away from having an armed conflict that would plunge the capital into a never-ending war, confirming that its silence won’t be long.
