The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected, Monday, that humidity will remain high in the northern regions, and clouds will increase from time to time in some areas of the eastern coast, interspersed with scattered rain, and chance of rain is good tomorrow evening in the far southeastern regions.
The National weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Monday, August 26 2024, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear partly cloudy.
- Wind: North to Northeasterly, light to moderate.
- Temperature: Ranging between (30-35°C), in most areas.
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clouds multiply from time to time, interspersed with scattered rain and thunderstorms, especially in the region from (Benghazi Plain to Jabal Al Akhdar).
- Wind: Clouds increase from time to time, interspersed with scattered rain accompanied by thunderstorms.
- Temperature: Ranging between (30-34°C) in most areas.
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, increasing from time to time.
- Winds: Northeasterly, light to moderate.
- Temperature: Ranging between (36-40) C.
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clouds increase from time to time on the border areas, accompanied by scattered rain, and the opportunity is better tomorrow evening for good rain accompanied by thunderstorms, which caused some valleys to flow in these areas.
- Wind: Northern to northeasterly, moderate to light speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (38-41°C).
