The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has expected that most regions of the country witness moderate summer weather, especially with regard to temperature, with relatively high humidity in areas near the coast, and temperature during the daytime in coastal areas expected to range between (29-31°C) , and between (32-35°C) in the interior. In the southern regions, it varies between (36-41°C).
The weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Monday, July 29, 2024, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear to few clouds.
- Wind: Northwesterly active at times over some coastal areas.
- Temperature: Ranges between (29 - 31°C) in coastal areas with high relative humidity, especially in coastal areas and between (32-35°C) in the rest of the areas.
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Sparsely cloudy.
- Wind: moderate to active northerly to northwesterly over some coastal areas.
- Temperature: Ranges in most areas between (29-33°C), with high relative humidity over Coastal areas.
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some clouds are passing over the area.
- Wind: Northeasterly to easterly, light to moderate speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (36-41 °C).
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some passing clouds also appear over the area.
- Wind: Northeasterly to northwesterly, between light and moderate speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (38-40 °C).
