The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected hot air mass is to effect most parts of the country, where daytime temperature is above average, reaching the early 30s in some areas, and will decline tomorrow on the western coast extending from Ras Jadir to Zliten, while temperature is expected to remain high during the day in most parts of the country, especially on Friday, and southern wind will be active, especially tomorrow in the areas of Sirte - Al-Jufra – the gulf and Benghazi Plain, causing dust and dirt to be stirred up in some areas.

The NCM expected in its daily bulletin that clouds will increase this evening in Ghat and its surroundings, accompanied by scattered showers with thunderstorms, and will return tomorrow evening to include the areas of Ghat - Al-Uwaynat - Idri - Bint Bayh - Marzuq - Ubari – Al-Qatrun,  which may be heavy at times in some of these areas, and it is likely to extend on Wednesday to include Sabha and the areas of Al-Jufra - Al-Faqha - Zillah - Marada - Ajdabiya - some areas of the Green Mountain.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Monday, March 10, 2025, as follows:

   1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Jafara Plain - Nafusa Mountain (North West of Libya):

- Sky condition: - 
- Wind: Southerly to southeasterly, moderate in speed, turning tomorrow to southwesterly then northwesterly in the coastal areas to the far northwest, and will be active tomorrow in Sirte and the areas adjacent to it, causing dust and dirt to be stirred up.
- Temperature: Ranges in most areas between (27-34°C)decreasing tomorrow in the coastal areas extending from Ras Jadir to Zliten, and gradually rising again starting from Wednesday.

2.    Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition:  Partly cloudy over the Gulf regions and Benghazi Plain until Emssad, increasing on Wednesday evening over Marada, Ajdabiya and some areas of the Green Mountain with the possibility of scattered rain.
- Wind: Southeasterly, light to moderate in speed, active tomorrow and Wednesday in most areas, causing dust and dirt to be stirred up, especially in the Gulf and Benghazi Plain.
- Temperature: Ranges between (22-26 °C)  in most areas and between (30-33°C)  in the Gulf regions, and will record a rise during the next two days in most areas.

3.    Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clouds are increasing over the regions of Al-Jufra, Sabha, Ghat, Ghadames and Hamada, especially this evening over Ghat and the surrounding areas, with scattered  showers accompanied by thunderstorms, and tomorrow evening includes the regions of Ghat - Al-Uwainat - Idri - Bint Bayh - Marzuq - Ubari - Al-Qatrun, which may be heavy at times over some of these areas and may extend on Wednesday to include Sabha and the regions of AL Jufra - Al-Faqha – Zillah,
- Wind: Southerly to southeasterly, light to moderate in speed, active tomorrow over the regions of Jufra, causing dust and sand to be stirred up, gradually turning from tomorrow evening to southwesterly over most regions.
- Temperature: Ranging between (33-35°C), expected to slightly increase tomorrow.

  4.  The Oases - Sarir - Tazerbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear to partly cloudy in the areas of the Oases, Sarir, Tazerbo and Kufra, with few clouds, sometimes increasing over Jaghbub.
- Wind: Easterly to southeasterly, light to moderate in speed.
- Temperature:  Gradually rising in the area, today ranging between (26-30°C).
