The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected, temperature to remain relatively moderate during the day in most parts of the country, ranging in the northern regions between (20-26°C), and the southern regions between (25-30°C), and low at night and in the early morning, especially in the interior regions - desert and mountainous areas with clouds increasing from time to time in (the Green Mountain - Gulf regions and some areas extending from Misrata to Sirte) interspersed with light rain, with the possibility of fog forming at night and in the early morning in the areas extending from Misrata to Sirte and their surroundings.
The weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Monday, November 4, 2024, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear to partly cloudy, with clouds sometimes increasing in the areas extending from Misrata to Sirte with a slight chance of light rain, and the possibility of fog during the night and early morning in the areas extending from Misrata to Sirte and the surrounding areas.
- Wind: Northeasterly to variable in direction, with a speed between light and moderate.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (23-26°C).
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, increasing from time to time with a chance of light rain in the coastal areas, especially in some areas of the Green Mountain and the Gulf.
- Wind: Northwesterly to northeasterly, moderate in speed.
- Temperature: Range in most areas between (20-25C).
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some clouds appear in the areas of Jufra, Sabha, Ghat, Ghadames and Hamada.
Winds: Northeasterly, light to moderate in speed.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (25-31°C).
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clouds sometimes multiply in the oases areas, and clouds are few in the areas of Sarir, Tazerbo and Kufra.
- Wind: Northwesterly to northeasterly, light to moderate in speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (24-27°C).
