The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected, temperature to remain moderate during the midday period, ranging between (21-26°C) in most parts of the country, with occasional cloud cover today in some northern coastal areas and the possibility of light rain on the coast from Zuwara to Tripoli (most of the rain falls at sea and there is a slight possibility that it will reach the western coast.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Monday, November 11, 2024, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, sometimes increasing with the possibility of light rain falling on some areas of the western coast from Zuwara to Tripoli, and the winds will be variable in direction to northwesterly on the coast.
- Wind: variable in direction to northwesterly on the coast and westerly to southwesterly in the interior, light to moderate in speed.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (21-27°C).
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clouds are increasing over the Gulf and Benghazi Plains to Emssad, especially today over the areas extending from Benghazi to Green Mountain areas.
- Wind: variable in direction to southwesterly, light to moderate in speed, sometimes active tomorrow over Benghazi and the Green Mountain.
- Temperature: Ranges in most areas between (20-26 °C), an increase is expected to be recorded tomorrow in most areas.
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some clouds appear over the areas of Jufra, Sabha, Ghat, Ghadames and Hamada.
Wind: Southwesterly to variable in direction, light to moderate in speed.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (24-27 °C).
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some clouds also appear over the areas of Oases, Sirir, Tazerbo and Kufra.
- Wind: Easterly to northeasterly, light to moderate in speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (24-26 °C).
