The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected Thursday, temperature tends to be moderate during the day in most parts of Libya, with relative activity of southeasterly wind in western regions.
The weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Thursday, October 24, 2024, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Mostly clear.
- Wind: Easterly to southeasterly, moderate speed, sometimes active, especially in coastal areas.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (24-28°C).
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Few clouds, sometimes increasing.
- Wind: Northeasterly, light to moderate speed.
- Temperature: Range in most areas between (22-27°C).
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear to few clouds.
- Wind: Easterly to southeasterly, light to moderate speed, sometimes active in some areas, which may cause sandstorms.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (28-34°C).
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear to partly cloudy.
- Wind: light to moderate northeasterly.
- Temperature: Ranging between (26-28°C).
