The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) expected, Thursday, an increase in clouds in the northeastern regions with a chance of scattered rain from time to time, and it is expected to be good on the coast.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Thursday, October 31, 2024, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, increasing tomorrow, with light rain possible in some coastal areas.
- Wind: East to southeast, light to moderate speed, active in the evening on coastal areas.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (25-29°C).
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clouds increase from time to time with light to moderate rain, and it is expected to be good tomorrow and Saturday in the areas extending from Tobruk to Emssad, which caused water to accumulate in low places.
- Wind: Northwest to northeast, moderate to active speed at times.
- Temperature: Range in most areas between (22-25C).
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, sometimes increasing.
Winds: Variable direction to northeasterly, light to moderate speed.
- Temperature: Ranging in most areas between (26-32°C), and could reach (35°C) in Ghadames.
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, sometimes increasing in some areas.
- Wind: North to northwesterly, moderate speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (25-28°C).
