The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) expected the weather conditions in Libya over the next three days starting from, Tuesday that the atmosphere is relatively stable today in most parts of the country, with a chance of scattered rain in the far northeastern regions.
Clouds are expected to increase on Friday over Ghadames, Hamada and some areas of the northwest, with scattered showers, which will be good in some places.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, Tuesday, March 04, 2025, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Jafara Plain - Nafusa Mountain (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, sometimes increasing, especially from Thursday and Friday in some areas, with a chance of scattered rain.
- Wind: Northeasterly to easterly, moderate speed, active in the evening in the coast, turning to southeasterly, moderate to active speed on Thursday, stirring up dust and sand.
- Temperature: Ranges in most areas between (17-22°C).
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Chance of scattered rain in the area extending from the Green Mountain to the eastern coast districts, and it is expected to be good in the Tobruk area and its surroundings, causing water to accumulate in low places.
- Wind: Northerly to Northeasterly, moderate to active at times.
- Temperature: Ranges between (14-20 °C) expected to decrease tomorrow.
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, increasing tomorrow evening over Ghadames and Hamada, interspersed with scattered rain.
- Wind: Easterly to southeasterly, light to moderate speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (22-26°C).
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazerbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Partly cloudy, increasing this evening and tomorrow morning over Jaghbub and Jalu, with the possibility of scattered rain.
- Wind: Northeasterly to Northwesterly, moderate speed.
- Temperature: Ranging between (22-24°C), expected to record a decrease tomorrow over the regions of Jaghbub and Jalu.
