The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has expected that temperature would be moderate in the northeastern and western coast regions, ranging between (29-33°C) with high humidity, while it is high during the day in the interior of the northwestern and southern regions, recording between (38-42°C) and could soar up to (46 °C) in Ghadames.
However, the NCM expected, in its daily bulletin, that temperature would decrease this evening in the northwestern regions turning more moderate tomorrow, Thursday.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, for Wednesday, July 10, 2024, as follows:
1. Area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some clouds.
- Wind: Vary in direction from northeasterly to northwesterly, light and moderate speed.
-Temperature: Ranges between (30-33°C) in the coastal areas with high humidity, and between (38-42°C) in the interior and will record a gradual decline as of this evening in most areas.
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear to few clouds.
- Wind: Moderate to active northwesterly wind at times in some areas.
- Temperature: Ranging between (29-33°C) in most areas.
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear.
- Wind: Northeasterly, light to moderate in speed.
- Temperature: Ranges between (40-42°C) in most areas. In Ghadames could soar to as high as (46 °C).
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some clouds.
- Wind: Northeasterly, moderate.
- Temperature: Ranges between (38-40°C).
