The Libyan Army's General Staff celebrated the graduation of several officers from the Land Forces Academy at Turkey's National Defence University in Ankara.
The ceremony, held with high-level attendance, saw the participation of Libyan Chief of Staff Mohammed Al-Haddad, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Defense Minister Yaşar Güler, and Turkish Chief of General Staff Metin Gürak.
The graduating officers completed an intensive five-year training and study program, while a group of non-commissioned officers finished a three-year course.
The General Staff of the Libyan Army said the training is anticipated to improve their capabilities and efficacy within the Libyan military.
Following the ceremony, Al-Haddad joined a reception hosted by President Erdoğan at the Presidential Complex, marking Turkey's 102nd Victory Day. The event also included the inauguration of a new mosque at the Black Army School within the National Defence University.
