Libyan dialogue parties in Skhirat, Morocco unilaterally signed in initials on Saturday the UNSMIL’s draft of the political agreement except for the General National Congress, which called on its team to refrain from the dialogue sessions as a reaction to not including its proposed modifications in the draft.
The GNC has connected any later participation in signing dialogue drafts or resolutions to serious consideration of its demands and proposals as well as promises of including them in any final agreement.
