Libya’s Minister of Transport in the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Shahoubi, has met with a delegation from the Italian Civil Aviation Authority, led by Director General Fabio Nicolai, to discuss technical cooperation between the two sides.
The meeting, held on Wednesday in Tripoli, focused on enhancing the readiness of the Libyan Civil Aviation Authority in preparation for European and international inspection teams to meet necessary requirements.
The Italian delegation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Libya in this field, while the minister praised the joint efforts between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of continued cooperation to achieve common goals.
The meeting was attended by the commercial attaché of the Italian Embassy in Tripoli, along with specialists from the ministry and the Civil Aviation Authority.
