Tripoli Military Prosecutor of the Presidential Council has announced that orders will be issued related to the evacuation of property and military headquarters of the state, including buildings, lands and army camps.
The Prosecutor added in a statement that the sites will be restored as it were before the seizure, whether the seizure was by citizens or other legal entities, confirming that they will pay for these restorations and they will be held criminally accountable, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
“There are ongoing investigations related to these seizures”, he said, demanding the necessity to expedite evacuation of the sites, pointing out that no one has immunity in this regard.
He called on all notaries not to deal with any procedure related to military real estates.
