The Mufti of Libya, Sheikh Al-Sadiq Al-Gharyani, said Wednesday that he was surprised by the Administrative Control Authority’s request to the Ministry of Health to cancel public tenders, stressing that the Head of Administrative Control Authority would not allow this, and suggesting that some departments were behind the cancelation.

Libya's Mufti called for the need to spend Libya’s money on the country’s infrastructure instead of spending it on external sporting events. He considered that wasting public funds on corruption without achieving any development in the fields of health and education is a kind of disbelief in the grace of Allah.

The Mufti confirmed that the Americans are fully aware of who brought the Russians to Libya, noting that Khalifa Haftar is an American intelligence agent and has been sent to carry out this role, stressing that the United States seeks to export the Libyan issue to the African continent.

He also wondered about America’s stance toward the Russian presence in Syria, despite its influence there, wondering why it did not expel them from Syria? He thus warned Libyans against remaining silent about this manipulation between Russian and American intelligence in their country, likening the situation to what happened to Syrians who were forced to flee their country.

The Mufti called on the revolutionary brigades to stand up to the Americans and the Russians and liberate the country from them and from those who brought them, warning that empowering these people would only bring murder, poverty and fear, and urging Libyans not to be deceived by their promises. He also asked Libyans to organize themselves to get rid of this invasion.
