The National Center of Meteorology expects cold winter weather to prevail in the northern regions of Libya, with rain falling on the coastal areas, especially on Sunday, on the eastern coast (Benghazi Plain - Al-Marj - Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar to Derna). The rain will be moderate to heavy, accompanied by thunderstorms, which will cause water to accumulate in low-lying areas and some local valleys to flow at times, and on Tuesday they will include the Gulf regions and the far eastern coast.
