The media office of the new Prime Minister, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, has emphasized that his cabinet will be ready before the 21-day deadline set for forming the government.
Regarding the mechanism for choosing the ministers, the "Arabi-21" news website quoted the media office of PM Dbeibah as saying that he will review the applicants of the candidates, listen to them, and reach out to all the 13 electoral districts.
The PM media office says that the names circulated on social media are incorrect, insisting that the prime minister is keen to establish a government that represents all Libyan components and that he will be able to achieve this within 21 days.
The new prime minister has until February 26 to form his team and present it to the House of Representatives in order to give it the confidence vote. In case of failing to do so, the issue will be converted to the members of the political dialogue forum.
