Prime Minister of Salvation Government Khalifa Al-Ghawiel, on Friday, met with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu in the Turkish capital of Ankara.

The meeting focused on many of the mutual issues of concern to the two countries, including the consolidation of bilateral relations and the electronic visa for the Libyan citizens willing to travel to Turkey.

"We ask them to cancel the visa imposed on Libyans and we proposed to replace it with e-visas which can be applied here and obtained there in Turkey upon arrival." Al-Ghawiel said in a press conference.

The two sides also discussed the return of Turkish companies to work in Libya, the economic situation in Libya, the issue of the wounded fighters and the resumption of Turkish Airlines flights from and to Mitiga and Misrata airports.
