Officials from Benghazi held talks in Tripoli with the National Salvation Government on the city's IDPs.

 

The Minister of Interior, who is also the Second Deputy PM, Mohammed, Shaiter, met on Sunday, Benghazi Municipality and the Red Crescent’s representatives along with Benghazi Crisis Committee, where they discussed the possible ways to provide different kinds of assistance to the displaced families inside and outside Benghazi.

 

Minister Shaiter said that the SG agreed to help shape a safe route for the Red Crescent that would allow it to deliver the assistance during Ramadan, stressing that Benghazi displaced families, who reside outside of the city are also part of the assistance campaign.
