The UN-proposed Presidency Council has taken control of the official government website in Libya, a step that was a piece of cake for the council which is still locked up in Tripoli Naval Base.

The government website (pm.gov.ly) is owned by Libya Telecom and Technology, the country's main internet provider, which is located opposite to Tripoli Naval Base.

The LTT is under the control of brigades that support Sirraj government.

It has been 11 days since the arrival of UN-proposed Presidency Council to Tripoli, but members of the council, including Prime Minister-designate Fayaz Sirraj, were only able to move freely in the areas that are under control of pro-armed brigades, mostly from Souq Aljoma'a district.
