A South African court in White River recently dismissed charges against the Libyans, who had been accused of violating immigration laws. The case was referred to the Ministry of Home Affairs for administrative handling.
This development comes after the court resumed the case of the detained Libyans following an urgent request from their legal representatives, bringing the matter before the judiciary to address their alleged violations of immigration laws.
