Misrata-led forces have freed three women and a number of children, who were trapped in the clashes area with ISIS militants in their last hideout, the seaside Jiza neighborhood in Sirte, the media office of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos reported Thursday.

The media office also reported that throughout combing through the freed nooks from the grip of the ISIS terror group in the seaside Jiza neighborhood, the Misrata-led forces evacuated about 20 houses along the way.

“We managed to explode a bomb car that was meant to target our forces and we have found 11 bodies for ISIS terror group who were seemingly killed in the latest clashes inside Jiza neighborhood.” Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos media office added.

Besides the reconnaissance to monitor the movement of ISIS diehards and thwart any fleeing attempts on their part, the Misrata-led forces continued to tighten noose on the terrorists at the areas in which they are still lurking within Jiza neighborhood.

On Wednesday, the head of the media office of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos, Ahmed Hadiya, said preparations were underway for a massive military operation in Sirte, pointing out that the Misrata-led forces were advancing on more than one fight axes in the seaside Jiza neighborhood.
