Algeria-Tunisia

Tunisian Parliament Speaker Ibrahim Bouderbala and his Algerian counterpart Ibrahim Boughali have reaffirmed their countries' unified stance towards the Libyan issue.

During a joint press conference in Tunisia on Saturday, Bouderbala emphasized the necessity of an inter-Libyan solution without foreign intervention, stating that the resolution should be in the hands of the Libyans themselves.

He highlighted that if the positions of Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria align, it would have a significant regional and international impact, stressing the importance of working earnestly to support this solution.

The Tunisian official expressed his hope that Libyan parties would adopt positive stances to resolve internal issues without allowing external interference.

Boughali's visit to Tunisia aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, particularly in light of the shared challenges facing the region, foremost among them the Libyan issue.
