The Acting Head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Stephanie Williams, said in a press conference on Tuesday that the Commission of 10 agreed in Ghadames meeting to form a military sub-committee to supervise the withdrawal of all forces and mercenaries from the frontlines.
The Commission also agreed to locate its headquarters in Ouagadougou Conference Halls in Sirte city, according to Williams.
Williams added that Commission of 10 agreed is due to meet in mid-November in Brega town with the two chiefs of the Petroleum Facilities Guard (PFG) and the Head of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) to discuss the reformation of PFG.
She pointed out that the two parties decided to form specialized engineering teams to clear mines and a civil sub-committee to combat hate speech, in addition to the resumption of flights at the airports of Sabha and Ghadames.
