Tripoli-based Al-Ahli sports club has qualified for the groups round of CAF Confederation Cup after drawing with Al-Makasa from Egypt Wednesday evening 1-1 at Al-Fayoum stadium, Cairo.
Al-Ahli’s goal was scored by Sanad Al-Werfalli from a penalty kick at the minute 39 of the second half, while Al-Makasa’s goal was scored at the minute 18 of the first half by Nano Boko.
In the first leg match, Al-Ahli drew with Al-Makasa 0-0 in the game that was played in Tunisia.
