Libyan paralympic athlete, Abdul-Raouf Said, Monday, clinched a gold medal in the discus throw competition at the 11th edition of the All African Games in Congo Brazzaville, with a distance of 41.70m.
With such a score, Abdul-Raouf is the first in Libyan history to book a place in the International Paralympic Games, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 2016.
