Tripoli-based Al-Ahli won 1-0 against Sudan’s Al-Hilal football club in the CAF Champions League qualifiers at Al-Shathly Zwitin stadium, Tunisia.

Al-Ahli scored the match’s only goal at the minute 17 of the first half when Al-Hilal defender’s foot mistakenly made Al-Ahli’s ball land inside the bar, after that, all of the attacks by Al-Ahli players did not succeed to add another goal to the score.

Al-Ahli advanced from the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League after winning the first leg match and drawing the second leg one with the Malian Onze Createurs in Bamako and Tunisia respectively.

Al-Hilal will host Al-Ahli in Khartoum, Sudan, on March 20 for the second leg match of the CAF Champions League.
