Tripoli-based Al-Itihad football club won 1-0 against Ghana’s Midiama football club in the first leg match of the second round of the CAF Confederation Cup at Al-Taieb Al-Maheiri stadium, Sfax Tunisia.

Al-Ittihad players had many chances to add to the score, but they got out of the match with the defender, Osama Shatiba’s goal from a penalty in the first half of the match, knowing that the second leg match will take place in Ghana next week.
