The Libyan Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah instructed that a presidential plane be ready between 02 and 07 September to fly the Libyan national football team to Angola to play a World Cup 2022 qualifier.

The State Minister for Cabinet Affairs, Adel Jumua, said the General Manager of Private Aviation was tasked with the flight on September 02 and a return flight on September 07, in coordination with the Libyan Football Federation and Ministry of Sports.

The Libyan team is carrying out training sessions in Benghazi at Benina Martyrs Stadium after finishing preparations camp in Turkey under Spanish coach Javier Clemente.

On Wednesday, Libya will play its first qualifier for the World Cup 2022 in Qatar against Gabon at Benina Martyrs Stadium before traveling to Angola for the second match of Group 6 that includes also Egypt.
