The 444 Combat Brigade has concluded its first book fair, held at the brigade's headquarters under the theme "Culture: A Weapon of Enlightenment."

The fair witnessed a remarkable turnout from brigade members and employees of security and military institutions, as well as a number of guests from civil society organizations and those interested in cultural affairs.

The fair featured a wide range of books, including political, military, religious, human development, novels, and history books, providing visitors with the opportunity to explore diverse sources of knowledge that nourish the thought and enhance awareness.

The fair witnessed the participation of several local publishing houses, along with a special pavilion for military books aimed at promoting the culture of the educated soldier, aware of the dimensions of security and national tasks.

The fair organizers emphasized that this cultural initiative comes within the framework of the brigade's commitment to enhancing the intellectual and cognitive aspects of its personnel, based on a firm belief that building human capital is no less important than building military capabilities.

The exhibition also featured mini-seminars and cultural meetings with writers and officers interested in spreading enlightenment within the military establishment. The event concluded with a ceremony honoring a number of participants and guests in appreciation of their contributions to the success of the first cultural event of its kind within the brigade, amid optimism to repeat the experience annually and expand it in the future to include a wider audience.
